- 1 cup purified water
- Frozen different kinds of fruit like watermelon, apple, mango, pineapple and orange etc. as of better taste of smoothies.
- ½ cup strawberry
- Ice cream
- 1 cup creamy milk
- Spanish and mint leaves
- Butter
- Ice cubes

- Liquid is very essential to blend our smoothies. We will start it by adding ¼ cup of water in smoothies and it requires more water then we add more water into it. We will use filtered water instead of common water, it will not changed our smoothies flavor.
- We add milk into it to get more flavor and calcium.
- We can add coconut water to improve flavor and it provides tropical flavor.
- Use chopped and peeled fruit which are completely fresh and frozen. We can add more and more Fruit for mixed fruit smoothies like banana, Strawberry, apple, mango, blueberry, pineapple and orange etc.
- After that we add some ice cubes but for thicker smoothies we will add some extra bananas and frozen fruits.
- By observing nature of freshness of fruit we add some sweetness into it. Instead of adding common or artificial sugar we use natural option like honey , nectar , few dates and vanilla etc.
- If you want some additional nutrition, protein you may add green spinach, mint leaves and soy it makes to improve texture and flavor of it.
- Arrange all ingredients in blender and blend it on higher than medium and let it be turn on for one minute. If you find your fruit smoothies is not perfect than turn on blender for additional one minute.
- Garnish your fruit smoothies by adding some berries, lemon juice & lemon wheel on glass and sprinkle of mint leaves over it.

Tips:
- Use overripe banana because it results more sweeter in nature and flavor. Use ¼ cup banana, it is top secret which is generally used by smoothies shops to improve great in taste of smoothies.
- For more flavor add some water melon.
- Add ice cream and butter for better result.
- Looking for thick smoothies you may add some ice, water and some pulpy fruits.
- If your smoothies bitter in taste then add some sweet fruits like banana, mango, watermelon and few dates.
Warnings:
Check your smoothies time by time when blender turns on.
Watch blender blade properly its working or not. Use round brush to clean when it is disassembled.
