- 1 lemon
- Purified Water 150 ml
- Crushed ice or 6 ice cubes as per your choice.
- Honey or Sugar (optional)
- Low fat milk

Method for preparing Kiwi smoothies:
- Arrange all ingredients in a single place for your convenience.
- Wash kiwis in running water and clean it properly.
- Place kiwis into blender.
- Add low fat milk and strawberry ice cream, it helps your smoothies to make thicker and creamy.
- For mild sour taste, extract little juice from lemon and pour into blender.
- Add ½ cup water, 4 ice cubes or crushed ice and honey to taste to make your smoothies thinner.
