- ½ cup fruit yogurt
- 2 tsp banana and strawberry or vanilla ice cream
- ½ cup creamy milk
- 1 cup orange juice

Method to prepare Strawberry Smoothies
- We start with orange juice by pouring into the blender it will results thickness to smoothies and it yields contrast color and additional sweetness to our smoothies.
- We add our 15 strawberries, it may frozen or fresh. If it frozen there is little need of ice but in case of fresh we add some more ice cubes into blender. It provides natural color and delicious taste to our smoothies.
- After that we add ½ cup yogurt, banana and strawberry ice cream or for another flavor you may use vanilla ice cream instead of banana and strawberry ice cream. It yield more thickness to our smoothies and it well help in making colorful and creamy smoothies.
- By adding ice cubes, rest ingredients which we added previous makes blade of blender grind all more easily. It will help our smoothies to icy, chilled and frozen looking.
- We will blend it for 1 minute and then we pause blender for minute to mixed and stir it well with spoon. Make sure that our smoothies not get slushy if it then we have to add additional ice cube into it to make thicker. We will repeat this process again and again as per choice of texture.
- At last we directly add milk and honey into blender to yield creamy in nature of smoothies. And we will blend till it gets smooth.

- If you desire your smoothies become creamy add milk and some sort of ice cream into it.

- If you have desire for sweetness then you may add some additional honey to taste.

- If it sunny and hot day then serve your strawberry smoothies with additional ice cubes to make chilled.
- If you want to make your smoothies fancy then you may add some slice of strawberry and banana and sprinkle some mint leaves over that.
- Never put fingers into blender while turned on.
